Then I'm going to work on the storyboard for my film "The Funeral". I sent it to Jeanean, the last person I did a film with. She told me that she would read it and get back to me with her opinion. It would be great to actually get the opinoin from a professional. She's a teacher at Columbia, where I used to go. She also sent me an e-mail saying that she would hold a film screening of the movie I did with her called "Gov'nor" probably next week. I thought that was really, really cool. I've never really seen myself act on screen. That should be a new experience. I'm hoping that she's going to want a part in helping to make "The Funeral", something like a camera! I was going to use a camcorder and upload it on ifilm.com.
Hopefully the film will come out right on VHS-C. Then I'm going to hook it up to the computer and use the Moviemaker program to edit it. Then I'm going to send it to ifilm.com, but if Jeanean will say she'll get a crew together and use a Columbia camera or her own, then it'll make it a hell of a lot easier for me. It'll be easier to edit and everything. And it'll be easier to send to ifilm. I can later transfer it to film with a little money and set up for a screening of it somewhere. Or I can send it to a film festival and maybe get some Oscar buzz for next year in the best short film category! Yeah, I'm getting ahead of myself.
There is soooo much to do and I have plenty of time to do it. I also have to go down to the Old Town School of Folk Music sometime around the 1st to register and figure out if I can get financial aid from there to take music classes. I really want to take voice, piano and guitar lessons. But one thing at a time, I want to take voice to improve what I already have. I really want to learn a couple of instruments because it's very important that I do my own solo project one day. I'll call the album "Ridden" (this dream you've ridden on..., Jeff Buckley) and have the songs on it that I've been working on for the longest like "Make Believe" and "A New Red".
That's it for now. Sorry again for not updating and I'll do it more often from now on.
Angie
